Sales person was good to work with but it was a terrible after-sale experience. Almost eighty days and I still don't have title and plates on my purchased vehicle. Yet the dealer won't respond. Now driving illegally because of incompetence and neglect on the part of FordSpartanburg. DMV tells me the dealer doesn't provide proper docs. My calls are not returned, I've not been told the truth, and a letter to the General Manager goes unanswered. Unprofessional and unacceptable. A nightmare: It has wasted my time, energy, and emotion.

My 2015 Ford F350 broke down on the side of the road just north of Spartanburg. It had 114,000 miles on it. The maintenance was perfect up to this point. I had it towed to the dealership for they informed me had a broken valve spring in the number seven cylinder. I picked the truck up six weeks later with an $8000 bill. I took my Shelby GT500 in for an oil change and don’t plan on going back. The tech spilled oil on my like new engine and left oil spilled in the engine bay.There was oil smudges on my driver door that was left as well. I wanted to buy a car from them they have it listed for 17,657, I offered 17,000 out the door, I wad told they couldn't do it , said it was cheaper to finance it, I said ok how much, & was sent a quote, 2,814 down 18,973.68 balance 21 787.68. That's 4,130.68 more, why not put down the full price instead of trying to get me to finance so they can get more out of us. The price they have listed made me think I could offer 17,000. 0/10 canNOT recommend Vic Bailey Quick Lane. Robert Anthony and his staff will never again touch anything that I own. I took my vehicle in for The Works service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection and more). Mr. Anthony advised that I needed tire replacement, a new battery, and other minor routine maintenance issues addressed. He gave me a small printout saying that my battery failed inspection, measuring 339 of 600 CCA. Service was acceptable, but took longer than expected. My 2016 Edge was brought in on Wednesday and I finally picked it up Saturday morning. Communication with me was NOT good,as I had to keep calling every day to find out status. Also, the air filter was changed, when I specifically said not to change it. The filter cost $15, but I was charged almost $25 for labor to change it. A simple job I could do in 10 minutes!

I work for a company that has a fleet of F150's. We use Vic Bailey all the time because they are a ford dealership and that is the only reason. The service department will not communicate with us at all when it come to the timeline of doing the work. Don't go their to get an oil change you will be waiting for hours. I would not recommend doing business with them EVER.

Lied to me about a cam phaser repair, told me that it's hardware job only, no PCM programming was done. Had another dealer run the Oasis history, clearly says PCM reprogram. Failed to diagnose/repair an ongoing issue. Went to D&D, got much different treatment. Actually made serious attempts, and as of now the issue is solved. Avoid this place at all costs.

Vic Bailey Quick Lane needs to have their technicians make sure they are using their time wisely to get customer's vehicles completely checked and back to the WAITING customer in a timely manner instead of standing around talking. They also need to make sure after putting a new oil filter on they recheck it after starting the car for any leaks. It has happen to me before, not this time.

Ford recall gone wrong and the dealer didn't do anything to make it right causing hundreds of $ in repair not covered. Just moved into the area from Florida and needed to have the oil changed. Arrived when the Quick Lane was just opening and Jacqueline, the Service Advisor, welcomed me and was pleasant and friendly. I took my Lincoln in for an oil change and 27 point inspection. Very friendly customer service personnel. Comfortable waiting area, took about 45 minutes for complete service. I will be going back next time service is due. Very satisfied.
